We will ensure the return of your bond! The cleaner or cleaners will arrive at the designated time and thoroughly clean everything you have listed. A minimum of 3 hours is required for end of lease cleans, however, it usually takes longer. It will depend on the size of the premises and what needs to be done. Typically, the following jobs are included in an end of lease or spring clean:
- All floors vacuumed, swept and mopped.
- Complete washing or spot cleaning of walls, including skirting boards, picture rails.
- All doors, door handles, light switches and power points cleaned.
- Light shades removed, cleaned and replaced.
- Windows, frames and flyscreens cleaned. (maximum 2 storey for exterior windows)
- Bathrooms: Walls, tiles, bath, shower recess and screens, vanity, mirrors, toilet and floor thoroughly cleaned.
- Kitchen: oven, stove top and rangehood thoroughly cleaned. All cupboards and drawers wiped inside and out. All surfaces and floors cleaned.
- Balconies and verandahs swept.
While your end of lease or spring clean may not require all of the above, it is also not limited to all of the above. Talk to us at the time of booking to discuss your exact needs.
